Returns

Please be aware that we’re unable to accept returns on customised items.

We will replace any customised item if they are faulty. However we are unable to offer replacements on customised items unless they have defects.

Please note that you must request a return within 28 days of receiving your order. After this period we will be unable to authorise a return.
